What the Trip Includes
Day trips include all transport costs from pick up from your hotel to return in the evening, as well as lunch and non alcoholic drinks. Minimum 2 persons, maximum 12 persons. However, by prior arrangement, we can accommodate up to 14 persons on day trips.

7-DAY EXPEDITIONS
What the Trip Includes
The trips include all transport costs from arrival to departure associated with a single vehicle for a minimum group size of 2 persons and 2 vehicles for a maximum group size of 12 persons. All trips have two leaders, except for special trips and/or additional trips. Accommodation is dual occupancy. If you do not want to share a room, please inform us beforehand.

Reservations, Payment and Contact Information
For the 7 day birdwatching expeditions, a deposit of $200 USD of which $100 USD is non-refundable is required per person. The balance of the tour fee will be indicated in an invoice emailed 4 weeks before the scheduled tour departure date and payment is required on receipt of the invoice (if you require a printed receipt, please indicate such a request and provide your mailing address).
The deposit and balance should be paid via money order or bank transfer.

Trip Cancellation Charges
If you cancel your trip 3 weeks before departure, 50% of the trip fee will be refunded less the $100 USD non-refundable portion of the initial deposit. Later than 3 weeks before departure, deposits and payments are not refundable. Refunds cannot be made to participants who do not complete the trip/excursion for any reason. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing
Exclusions
The tour fees do not include the special trips or additional trips noted on the website, personal items, snacks and alcoholic beverages. Fees do not include visa fees, airport departure taxes, or baggage handling charges, including excess baggage charges. The tour fees do not include additional hotel charges such as room service or laundry.
Travel to Point of Departure
Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements to the point of departure for the tour (Manzanillo International Airport or Colima City).
Risk and Liability
A risk and liability release agreement is required to be signed by each participant at the time of registration for a tour.
